Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Android: Google Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → OddsOut → Cancel subscription.

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → OddsOut → Cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Inside OddsOut: Settings → Delete Account. All data is permanently removed.

I forgot my password.

Sign In screen → Forgot password? → check your email.

Email support@oddsout.app with: what happened, your phone model, Android or iOS version, and a screenshot if possible.
